Is a MR request for payment date possible?

If I requested a mandatory reconsideration to change the start date of my pip after my review would thwy loop at the whole claim again.
Basically I was waiting for my review over a year in that time I was finally diagnosed with the condition that has been affecting me for several years, I notified them at the time of my change in circumstances but they have only paid me my new higher rates from the decision date which was several months later if I requested a mandatory reconsideration of the start of my new rates because of the change I noticed them of would they look at the whole claim again or just the date?

Hi @Losingallhope unfortunately if you ask for a MR they will look at your entire claim again.

Do you know that for certain

That's standard DWP procedure. You could always raise it as a complaint instead?

She I spoke to them I said I wanted to complain the woman's said she would put it as a MR so I imagine that option is too late now. I'll ring them
