Ongoing 10 year review

I have a progressive neurological disease and just been awarded 10 year review ongoing I was just wondering what happens at the end does it just get automatically renewed just checking a few details ticking some boxes

Hi @stephen6405 - so far, we don't honestly know, but it does appear that currently the AR2 form, which can be seen here, is a simplified 6 page form with which you just say whether or not there has been a change:

@stephen6405 ongoing awards are for 10 years and will clearly state ongoing on your decision letter. It will be after the 10 year date, they can or could review at any point while the claim is live but is unheard of on these award's but does happen.
The ongoing award process is a "light touch" with a form called AR2 see it here:
You wont need an assessment as such.You must bear in mind this is the process now as we don't know if this Labour government will change these PIP ongoing awards with their new system?
