Assessment award timescale

Hi i had my assessment yesterday by performance measurement team to see if i have inproved and got worse, i havent got a text yet to say we have got ur report or anything how long will it be until i get this text and how long until a decision on my claim please

Hi @millyb92, it can take a few working days for them to process your assessment report and pass it on, but hopefully they'll be getting that sorted soon. The decisions can take a little longer than that, sometimes a few weeks before you'll hear. The timescales can vary a lot from case to case.

If you're worried and haven't heard anything, you could perhaps ring the enquiries line to see if they can provide an update on your assessment.

Thank you so much do you know if they can give a updaye on the automated line at all as i really struggle with phone calls
