HHi I'm currently doing permitted work 12 hrs a week. I've got a migration notice 2 change 2 uc. I was thinking of lowering my hrs to 6 as I have just been treated 4 depression anxity and panic disorder along with bad back I've had 4 yrs. I don't know weather I should tell esa be4 I change over. Just not sure it's worth going 2 work at all tbh.

Hi @teetee15. Are you planning to reduce your hours quite soon? If you're likely to do it before your transition to UC, you may want to let ESA know what's happening just so they are aware.
Do you know which group you're in for ESA? Is it the Support Group or the Work Related Activity Group?
