Hello, I've just joined up on here after signing up to UC through a migration notice. After doing everything fine, I then had to identify myself and not being able to drive I was quite limited on ID, so I only had my valid passport and ticked the other box for credit check. I used up 3 chances as it kept coming back I couldn't be identified.

I now have a Biographical test phone call on Tuesday morning...can anyone tell me what to expect please, just can't understand how I failed the ID part.

Lots of people seem to fail at online id.

The biographical telephone call will ask you questions about your personal details that only you know the answers too.
