I am new to this site and not very tech savvy. I am a carer for my grown up son who has severe mental health issues. I’m sure there are loads of others in similar positions but it’s a very isolating situation.

Mental health issues are so misunderstood even in this day and age and the severity of some not taken seriously.

I'm very glad you're always there for your son, I agree mental health issues ae often overlooked and people feel they can "just get over it" and that kind of thinking really does need to change.
