Review on universal credit

I'm 22 and ive just recieved a message onvmy journal saying they are reviewing my universal credit to make sure I'm getting the correct amount but under it says this

Is this a normal review I suffer really bad aniexty and suffer depression and I'm going through a bad time at the moment I'm scared I know I've done nothing wrong but I hate things like this any advise would be really appreciated thankyou just dreading the phone call 1

Yes it's normal they are reviewing millions of claims.
