tribunal help

Hi everyone, I was recently diagnosed with adhd , I went private. I have struggled my whole life . I currently am waiting for a tribunal date . It's been over a year and a half the who process . I feel I completely messed up the forms from the start . Can't do forms even righting this is difficult. Do I just go when I get my date and explain all this in person to them ...

I'd recommend talking to a local trained benefits advisor
They may well be able to represent you at the hearing.

It's ok if you feel you didn't fill the forms in properly, we all do it. The tribunal is there to ask you questions, so it's another chance to put your case across properly, so please try not to worry. They're there to listen and read between the lines. 😊

You are not alone.I made such a mess of the whole online form filling thing that Think I blocked most of it out.I am.quite sure they will understand this as they will have come across it before.Hope this helps X
