PIP Change of circumstances text.

Good morning peeps. I submitted a change of circumstances for about a month ago and got a text back this morning saying my review is complete and I will get a fork withing 2 weeks notifying me of the outcome. So I rang the pip helpline and the automated voice told me when the next payment would be made to my bank account and the payment has stayed the same.

Does that mean it has stayed the same and I haven't been awarded any higher rate than I already have got or does the system not update your new payment straight away. Many thanks.

Unfortunately the automated line isn't reliable, I'd either wait for the letter or hold on the phone to talk to a person. They don't always give out that information over the phone but it might be worth trying.
