Hi,

Will my work coach be able to see whether I get awarded or declined for pip Or is it confidential?

I think they do notify them . I missed a call from pip message says look on journal .

Hmmm, ok. I thought the decision was confidential between pip and claimant.

I would like to know and have asked here and elsewhere. No definitive answer. I think the work coaches don't see personal details and there is a screen that states "health journey". For their eyes only. I don't think the departments talk to each other much like NHS so that is why there is no definitive answer and of course, dwp.gov wants the claimant to be on the back foot by not knowing all information held about them. I will update if I ever get a definitive answer. PIP do inform housing benefit as I had an updated council tax bill. It didn't affect it so why they told them is again a useless thing they do when it would be helpful to do useful things!
