I just recently made a claim to UC and got notified of my payment amounts today. I am missing my transitional protection payment as they said I am not entitled. Even though i am now £160 worse off. I had the help to claim help line give me a list of calculations, and what they had calculated is correct apart from the TP amount they also said I should be entitled to this.

    Were there any changes to your circumstances when migrating as this can sometimes impact your eligibility?

    It's definitely worth raising with DWP, especially given the advice from the help to claim team. You can put forward a mandatory reconsideration if you wish to dispute this further.
