I have just discovered Scope today as I was researching Lumbar Spinal Stenosis that I was diagnosed with in 2016. I have had sciatica since my teens and now at 76 occurrence has been rare thankfully. I live in Norfolk, UK.

Hi Sandy, I only get some back pain if I stand too long on one spot for 30 mins or carry out a variety of tasks for 2 hours. I am not a regular visitor to my GP surgery because there is limited parking. In fact have only been there 3 times in 17 years when I could walk the 15 mins there before my SS diagnosis.
