PIP descriptors reduced to zero because I work?

Hello,
I've recently had a telephone assessment for my PIP review and requested a copy of the HCP report (I always do this as I've had issues previously with inaccuracies). The report itself is an accurate summary and includes everything I struggle with on a near-daily basis.
I currently receive higher rates for both daily living and mobility. The HCP has detailed how and what I struggle with, but then recommended zero points for all but one descriptor with the evidence being that I have motivation or am able to work on a full time basis. I work from home, with numerous adjustments in place that allow me to do so but unfortunately do still have take sick leave when needed. Specifically, the evidence under each descriptor is that because sick leave does not amount to the majority of days, I should be able to perform the task/cope with the situation.
I've been in receipt of PIP (or DLA) for 14 years now and have worked full-time for all of this. I've been through numerous reviews, MRs and a tribunal and have never once had employment used as evidence against my circumstances. I'm very confused as nothing has changed with my health, day-to-day living situation, or employment but this is suddenly now being used as justification to reduce my support from enhanced daily living and mobility to no daily living and standard mobility. Has something changed in the way PIP is assessed?

Hi,
Nothing has changed in the way it's scored, PIP has always been about the majority of days. Different assessors perceive things in different ways though. And some things are used as a cut & paste excuse for 0 points by lazy assessors, such as being able to drive or work.
You will have to put in a Mandatory Reconsideration now. hopefully it won't need to go all the way to tribunal.

As you know you can work and claim PIP. You haven't had the decision yet I take it. Decision Makers don't always go off that report. You will need that actual decision and go from there. You obviously know the process/procedure.
