Informing of a change
my son has been moved to Universal Credit, he has a small private pension from his late father. We need to inform UC of a small change in the amount but can’t find how to do it online. He struggles with the telephone and can’t find an address to write to either- can anyone help us find how to inform them please???
Thank you

Hi,
Is this not covered under the 'Work & Earnings' heading online?
You can put a message on the online journal and someone from UC should back to you within a few days.
There is a general postal address that you can use for writing, but it doesn't seem to be very reliable. It is best to use the online journal instead wherever possible.

thanks, we’ve used the journal part as the ‘work and earnings’ section seems to think he’s started work. I’ll keep the postal address as a back up
Thanks again, Elaine
