Migrated to universal credit from esa advance payment query

Hi everyone looking for some advice as can't find any online.
Currently applied for universal credit after receiving migration notice.
Just quering advance payment offer.
Its only offering me the standard allowance of £400.14 despite having been in support group. My health element as not yet been transferred as of yet and waiting on ESA
Surly my advance payment should be the first months entitlement to help with living costs ?
When I asked via journal will it raise my advance payment offered . They said it will not be added to my advance when ESA confirms or sends my details. I find this wrong as a few people have gotten there full months entitlement available as a advance if needed to live.
Any input would be greatly welcome and appreciated best regards
Stephen

It looks like the system hasn't yet confirmed your entitlement to LCWRA (the UC equivalent of ESA Support Group).
Once that happens the amount you are offered for an advance should go up.
Their system can only offer your confirmed entitlement which at the moment is Standard Allowance.

Kimi thanks so much at the start of my claim I chose fortnightly payments do you know how this will work when paid for the first time. Will it be a full month for the first month as online says or fortnightly from from first payment date then rest again after a few days , so confused by it all , hope it updates soon
Thanks again

If so will I be waiting 7 weeks for the other half from now instead of 5

You will receive half your payment on the payment date, then the other half around 14-17 days later.

Even on the first month

If you live in Scotland this starts on the second month.
If you live elsewhere this starts on the first month.

If I ask to refer back to monthly now is it too late or will it mess anything up

You can ask to change back, yes.

Thanks so much you don't understand how much this has helped my anxiety. If I change back do you know if it will be for this assessment period or next . Also I applied for UC 27th April with my ESA payment being paid on the 28th will I still get a further fortnightly run on of ESA

You should get another payment of ESA but it might not be for the full amount.
Citizens Advice have a Help to Claim service, they might be able to answer your other question.
