Migration from IR ESA to UC.

Hi,
I have recently migrated from IR ESA to UC, I had my first UC payment on the 9th May. It still shows my ESA claim as live on their (UC) system so they deducted the amount of ESA from my payment. I have a letter from ESA stating my claim has ended as I have migrated to UC, I have made multiple phone calls to ESA, they tell me the claim is closed, I speak to UC they say my ESA claim is still showing live on their system. I am going round in circles getting more frustrated and getting no where. It's crazy it's all DWP but UC won't pick the phone up and speak to ESA as I have multiple times. Has anyone got any suggestions please. Thank you Andrew..

Have you continued to receive ESA payments?
Was your most recent payment £281.10?
I suspect this thread might explain your issue:

Thank you for your answer.
Yes I did receive a final ESA payment of £281.10.

This happens alot, many people don't realise what their ESA award was made up of until they migrate.
It won't be your final payment, you will get that amount every fortnight.
Did you read through the thread I linked to?
I also answered someone else today with the same question:

Hi,
Thank you again for your helpful answers, yes I read the linked post. That is bonkers telling me ESA has finished when I shall still get a payment every fortnight I assume topped up by UC? UC should know all this and shoukd of been able to answer my question, which is exactly what you have done. Andrew…
