Hi, my name is sallyab1! do I have to pay them back and if so why?
Hi I had a change in circumstance to report to UC which I did on my journal I had a conversation then I went on change of circumstance and filled that in. How do I stand as the person I spoke to said he had reported it but he actually hadn't and now we owe them money. My question is do I have to pay them back and if so why when I did my part it was UC that didn't do there's. Thankyou

If you reported it on your Journal then you can make a formal complaint regarding the overpayment
It probably won't be successful as generally under UC legislation all overpayment is recoverable, even when it was UC's mistake.
