Bit of advice needed

Been waiting for a decision on pip mandatory reconsideration, and yesterday had a text say they were going to call which they did, it was a descion maker going through my forms, and asked about my reconsideration lots of questions about what I had put call lasted 20 minutes, got the impression she hadn't read through my letter though as she kept getting things wrong and had to re read it. But anyway she said I should hear within 5 to 10 days about the outcome. But during the call she did say I could send in more evidence and was I available if she needed to call back, but she didn't call back. My question is does that mean the decision would of been made yesterday and I'm waiting for the descion, as I called them today to check how long I have to send in more evidence I did explain that I was told I could but the man on the phone said no decision was made yet and I wasn't able to submit anymore evidence.
I'm just confused. How accurate is the system they use and would it update with the decision or is it a timely thing where it takes day. Just feeling anxious now. Thank you for listening

@Beanie88 your MR sounds positive so try and relax. The decision could have been made but they don't give out information on decisions at times. Just wait for the decision letter.

Both the DWP and the Home Office are disorganised. They're famous for providing conflicting informations.

I tried calling today but it still says no descion made so it could be positive that they taking there time and not just saying no, or the system isn't updated either way its agonising waiting for the descion. Think it will be a no as not many are successful are they.
Just fingers crossed at minute. In need of some good luck and news.

Been told a descion was made on 15th which was yesterday but he said he couldn't tell me as he didn't have access to the descion is that normal

That's perfectly normal @Beanie88 so please try not to panic. The letter will arrive soon, that'll be the only concrete way of finding out the decision. I'll be keeping everything crossed for you!
