Migration issues

I received my migration notice on the 8th April to move from ir ESA support group So I filled the relevent form in online as I added my partner onto the claim as he had to move in a month previous due to severe medical reasons. Now I know I wasn't eligible for TP we both had our id check done mine by phone partner at job centre, whilst he was there he was told we wouldn't need to do anything else regarding ESA as it would be sorted. recived on journal id lose sdp also I understood that and there was a two week run on I knew too fast forward . It appears to me they have not transferred me to the disability equivalent as I'm still receiving full payment ir ESA to this day. I've rung UC helpline they told me they didn't know I was on ESA ..I've written in journal under payments about the lcwra not been sorted . Now I'm going to have to call ESA Monday as I'm confused as to why I'm still getting full payment .

Hi @nikk that sounds like a bit of a nightmare! Hopefully you're able to gain more clarity Monday when you speak with them. Please let us know the outcome if you're happy to?
Best wishes,

Yes TV on is all I can do now really . Long story short had operation 6 months ago 1st op went horribly wrong had second major operation to correct that had large open wound spent nearly three months in hospital now have 3 stomas 2 frontal stomach near natural crease at bottom and original one on right side causing lots of leaks if I move around or bend sorry I'm rambling no one to talk too hence why my partner had to move in to manage it for me as I can't see them

@Nikk that sounds absolutely awful, I'm so sorry. Was that a mess up by the doctors? Bless you, I hope you can relax and your partners waiting on you as they should be! 🙂

Oh yes it was the guynacologist who messed up operated where my original scar was from a previous op I had in 2015 for bowel cancer when heshould have cut me on the right side instead . So what he did was moved my bowel inside with his hands and in that process pierced my large bowel a few times . Then a few days after fluid was leaking from every orafice causing electrolytes to drop dramatically carted off to ICU, then another op the next day which in turn saved my life really.

Yes my partner is now my carer. But I do make sure he has his down time. To go fishing with his friend
