Hi,
About to migrate in a few weeks
Been advised to state about Reg 19 as is esa support group, I have been given different opinions about where to put this.
Should it be health or payments?

Unless claiming by phone, once you've applied for UC you will have access to your online UC account known as the Journal.
You can write a note on your Journal (using the payment option) about migrating from ESA Support Group.
