I have just read the following on MSN -
In keeping with existing policy, people of State Pension Age are not routinely fully reviewed and will not be affected by the proposed changes.”
Does this mean that after Nov 2026 when a pensioner is reviewed that if they do not have 4 points in any one thing they will continue to receive PIP as long as they get the necessary points for either standard or enhanced care ?
So confused.
Thanks

The DWP has stated that individuals who have reached state pension age will not be routinely reassessed under the new rules. This means that if you're already receiving PIP and have reached state pension age, you should continue to receive your current award without being subject to the new eligibility criteria.
