(1) Is the ESA run on (whether deducted or not from UC) certain on original cycle after UC application?

(2) Is the NS ESA certain 4 weeks after UC application??

(3) How certain is LCWRA added to first UC assessment payment ?

The reason why I ask is whether to request an advance. Looks like they take 15% back of your allowance rather than in 24 chunks (I thought)
