Pip report

Hi I got a copy of my pip report from activities 1 to 10 I scored 11 points and planning following journey 10 points does this mean DWP will award me pip or is it down to DWP if they decide they gave me them points

The DWP Decision Maker makes the final decision, they usually follow the assessment recommendation but not always.

Hello Kimi thanks for the info

Hi @john91 I was wondering if you had received your assessment report. Looking at your points that will be Standard Rate Daily Living and Mobility.
Kimi has posted what will happen. Fingers crossed, it is looking positive, at least you did not get the dreaded zero points.....
Keep us informed if you don't mind but keep calm, you obviously did a great job of your assessment - well done there!

got a copy of my report got zero points even sections of the report contradict his justification for giving me no points example is im unable to drive my partner drives because of my brain surgery and waiting for heart surgery which was reported to dvla but then later as justification for one question says im able to drive anyone who actually reads this report will see how ridiculous it is definitely need to do a MR

I'm sorry this has happened to you.
I'd recommend seeking support from local welfare rights:
Not many decisions change at the MR stage, so prepare for the need to go further to an independent appeal tribunal hearing.

Thank you Trevor ... Biscuithead ime sorry to here about your claim do not gave in keep fighting

How frustrating your assessment report is @biscuithead0 - but remember that the decision maker will hopefully see the contradictions in the assessor's report, & they don't just look at this, but your claim form & anything supportive you've also sent in.
For now you need to wait for your actual decision letter, as, if you're not happy, then it's this you will be disagreeing with if you need to do a MR. Keep us updated please.
