Transitional protection payment not paid

Hi. I can see from comments that there are problems with migration transitional protection payments. I have migrated from IB ESA support group with a payment of 244.65 week. I have now been moved to CB ESA , payment of £140.55 a week.
My first UC payment is £0.
I have not been automatically placed in LCWRA group & haven’t been paid TP. I have called UC but my only option was to add a journal entry about this.
Has anyone had this problem - did you get paid correctly after adding to journal & how long did it take?
So stressed atm.
TIA for any help

Yes this is happening a lot lately, LCWRA element and/or Transitional Protection missing from first statement. As the number of migration letters has gone up so have the problems.
You'll know when this has been sorted as a letter will be added to your Journal stating the amount owed due to underpayment. The money will then be paid within a few working days. A revised statement will also be added alongside the first version.

Thanks for that. It’s been a very stressful process for me.

Esa support group with sdp and EDP managed migration to UC.private renter.fjrst UC payment 95% rent and £350.all the rent payment deducted"ESA said they'd paid you £609 since UC claim.so total paid me £350.i got ESA on 8may.claimed UC may 9.paid ESA as usual on may 22 and £281 ESA on June 5th.thats all the payments I've had.£609 deductions??? What's the run on(2wks continuation) paid back or not? What a carry on.no LCWRA.no tp.should have left support group ESA till 2029.udual DWP behaviour act first then think later.

this didnt happen to me luckily, however citizen advice did tell me to make a journal as soon my account is created to say "I have been adviced by citizen advice to mention this is a migration from IB ESA Support Group to UC - please let me know if i need to do anything or any information"
i got reply couple days later "yes, we are aware you are migrating and we have now already placed you into LCWRA, we just need you to come to the jobcentre to varify your ID then we can also calculate your Transitional Protection"

I know its too late for some including yourself, but im advising everyone to message the journal as soon as the account is created like citizen advice help to uc told me - (even though you do say you get esa in the form itself) -as it seemed to apply lcwra quickly, within just 2 days and transitional was sorted out few days later while in jobcentre doing my ID check as the lady on desk said its already been calculated but they cant tell me how much until my statement comes through
This is NOT to say its fool proof but the lady i spoke to at citizen advice said they noticed if you message them as soon as you can its less likely to be missing any payments/elements compared to someone who doesn't message - due to the backlogs0
