ESA Stopped. No migration letter

Hi all. my brother has had his ESA stopped but he hasnt had a migration letter.. what can he do?

    He will need to phone ESA Monday on 0800 169 0310.

    Could it be just because of the bank holiday his money didnt go in?

    If it was due on Monday it should have been paid the Friday before.
