2nd PIP Application

hi all im applying 2nd time for pip after getting 0 points on my first assessment after the assessor put down incorrect information the first time, i recently had brain surgery and now waiting for heart surgery im off work at the moment and the company i work for paid a company to do an occupational health assessment on me i have a copy of this report can i use this as supporting evidence for my claim the company was Medigold Health the assessment was carried out by a doctor physician, thanks for you help
