Refused advance UC

hi I payed off my remaking advance of £299 on my payday 6/6/25 in order to be able to apply for another one which I did but only to be told No!! because you’ve paid of a “large” amount we won’t issue you another advance today!! I explained I paid off the £299 as I needed more than that amount to buy a new bed & matress for my daughter and get my washing machine fixed and get her a bedroom carpet (I’m entitled to a £1000 advance) … I rang twice that day to be told NO from two different phone ops!! How long do I wait before applying again?? And is it possible a note has been put on the system not to accept me for an advance or do I argue it as I fit the criteria?? TIA
