ESA to uc

hello everyone

I got my migration to uc letter today. I done a turn2us calculator.
can anyone tell me what they think I would get please as I don’t know if I’m doing it right,

I get esa support group disability premiums

I have one child 2 years old

2 bedroom house

Does anyone know the names of all the elements I would get, I know it’s for me, for child, housing ect, I’m just confused, the migration protection payment, is this a one of payment with your first of universal credit? Sorry if this makes no sense I’m very nervous to switch over! Would I have to go to the job centre, I’m almost blind have been for years I won’t bore you with the rest, I’ve been on long term, thank you
