Hi ive been waiting since last October to hear about my claim ,when i ring its same old back log ,how long do you have to wait.

    Have you had an assessment yet or are you still waiting for a date? Unfortunately the phone lines are right, there a lots of backlogs so it can take a long time to get it sorted. Hope you're not waiting too much longer to hear back!
