Wrong date on claim

Hi..after submitting my claim and filling in esa50 and also had my esa assessment I realised I've put the wrong date on my claim when I wanted it to start from for some strange reason I put the 9th may on I submitting claim on 17th April but I wanted my claim to start from 18th February when my fit note started
I rang dwp who sent out forms for a mandatory order on date but I only had 4 weeks to do this ( I sent back today with only 2 days left of the 4 weeks) and also rang them to explain that I had made a mistake so she noted on computer.. Could anyone tell me if they will change the date on my form? Has anyone had this done?
I'm in the process of waiting on my decision from my assessment too,
Thanks

Hi @Sofialyndsey1 I can't say for sure but it sounds like you've done all you can to get the change amended on time, and also the additional follow up call to have it noted on the computer. I've not been through this myself, but hopefully another member who might have will see this and share their experience.
Really hope you hear back soon with some positive news!
