hi I’m new to scope and looking for advice. Following a change of circumstances form my child’s DLA was extended/ won’t expire until they are 16. I feel is overall care and mobility needs haven’t changed but he has completed therapy with cahms and is moving school home tuition provide ( still under the local authority). Do I need to notify them of change of education and completion of therapy ? Will I need to complete all the change of circumstances again ? Or just notify them on the phone ? Thanks

Hi,
If their needs haven't changed then I don't see any reason to notify DLA about these changes.
