carers Allowance suspended

Hello, I am just writing to vent out my emotions-I work part time in the Health and Social Care sector and am in receipt of Carers Allowance as my daughter has a learning disability and autism. On the 18th of February I got paid an extra £70 for mandatory online training which , obviously, meant that my salary was above the threshold stipulated by the Carers Unit. I notified them of this change of circumstances via their online form. My last payment of CA was on the 10th of March. After the above mentioned period my salary was below their threshold. I have been calling the Carers Unit literally every week since March to find out when my CA will be reinstated-the only answer every advisor gives me is that the case is with the decision maker and that she/he has not made any decision regarding my case. Finally, in frustration, I even wrote to the unit but that too went without a response. It is now 3 months that I have not been paid my CA and I feel so despondent as even that little bit of money helps carers like me. Please can anyone suggest what I need to do now or has a tentative idea of how long does it normally take to reinstate it. Any assistance rendered would be greatly appreciated. Thankk you in advance.

Hey @helpinghands I'm so sorry they're mucking you around, that's very unfair of them to not give you a firm answer. I'm afraid it's not something I'm qualified to advise on unfortunately. I take it you've spoken to Citizens Advice? They'd be my next port of call if not.
