Transitional protection back payment

Hi I worked out from what I read on scope and some other sites that I am one of the people due a back payment of transitional protection

Having migrated naturally from ESA support group

Only problem is the DWP haven't contacted me about this and I have read the payments will be made by August 2025

I have put a message in my journal which didn't get an answer

I know there's alot of people to receive a payment but it's 6 weeks untill August

Does anyone have some advice of what I can do about this

Hey @onions77 I know they've been contacting people in phases, so the more simple cases are dealt with first, so they may just have you on a different phase? Have you called the DWP to ask? Sometimes journal messages don't get answered unfortunately. It very much depends on who's checking the messages and if they have the information available, so it can be a bit hit or miss.
