ESA newstyle and universal credit

I need advice
Lone parent since 2016, moved house on housing association me and my son always had mortgage but after divorce we sold it for what was left so no equity, I have worked 27 years full time since 15 I'm law.
So In 2016 I contacted council as only got tax credits and child benefit as asked a about any help and told 25% deducted from council tax and not elegible for housing benefit,.I was on 20k gross, after income tax and NI contributions and pension and rent and childcare and council tax was struggling but I never missed a bill and paid direct debit as can't miss bills, I was never told about Universal credit,.I was diagnosed with mental health in 2008 and CFS.om 2021.
I got sick in Jan 2024 and had to go off sick could not get help with made me worse struggling paying bills, I'm February I applied pip I didn't know what pip was, on April I got a migration letter to universal credit from tax credits but as it was only 50 a month I thought I would migrate
The day i migrated I applied ESA as I seen it on line for people who worked and NI contributions.
In July I was awarded enhanced PIP on both backdated to before universal credit migration, LWRCA awarded in July paid August on universalal credit with no assessment because of substantial risk as was bedbound and a bit suicidal.
I kept sending in sick notes to universal credit and ESA from beginning
I asked universalal constantly about any disability kept getting told incorrect information
I contacted counvil for help in April with council tax and sent medical records and letters of doctor saying suicidal intentions and severe CFS and told not elegible for help and still had to pay 101 on SSP
Now as pip was backdated to before universal credit and ESA migration and as ESA claim was only allowed to claim newstyle I keep getting told no remium on universalal credit because no income benefits and no disability premiums on income benefits before migration, but I keep saying as PIp was awarded on July while on universal credit but backdated to before universal credit and ESA I was elegible for premium
Now they saying as on SSP your ESA claim does not become live untill SSP ends and not elegible for NI credits, which again is incorrect as ESA is claimed even with no payment because of SSP credit are awarded from date of claim.
They also say my ESA claim was closed inay as not available and started again when elegible in June but I had no notice of this and was still sending fit notes in and even after speaking to a ESA assessment in April after application for information to give me and told me ESA credits are paid day of application.
I have called ESA and again they say incorrect information
Kids in full time education are claiming ESA credits now so when college ends and they go on UC the get LWC
Evan be claimed 3 months before payment and ESA credits are awarded from day one.
Now I only know all this because I am bedbound and now sit and read every legislation.
My council tax was also incorrect since 2016 which I won, so now advisors in there are also not following aws l
As ESA and universal credit claimed same day ESA credits give you LWC so when awarded LWRCA you don't wait 3 assessments, you also don't wait 3 assessments if LWRCA is awarded with no lcw because of substantial risk
I have sent every legislation to prove my claims and universal credit regulations also
I have been told different things from advisors and the people who to considerations and DWP complaints management and saying they have also checked all my regulations sent, how is this possible how are UC advisors not trained and making people go through areas and not following law
My universal credit is 911 and rent 500 and get ESA support, I get less than 1000 a month to survive and parent of of that plus pip is for care
I know no premiums on universalal credit and newstyle ESA and only income benefits but because you worked and did not claim benefits you now get less when you become severe disabled.
I have had to give up career and health and sometimes go without care because I can't afford to pay.
I have entered into a IVA which means no credit and no chance of going back to a career in law I worked hard for.
I have complained completely I even emailed Neil head of UC and Liz Kendal over laws not followed and MPs but everyone of them passes on to UC again because they don't even know the law
Also there are 3 doabality premiums only severe and enhanced is paid with income benefits the disability premiumnis not paid of you get income benefits only of under pension age and get pip or DLA or AA
Now I know everything above is correct because it's the legislation and regulations, I don't have energy to go to a tribunal because. It takes ages
Anyone been same cercumstances
How can a lone parent get pip enhanced work allowance there life and only entitlement to ESA newstyle but it's deducted from universal credit so what is the point
Why work and pay NI contributions but because on SSP and not getting full NI contributions so you get ESA NI credits but UC say you don't have
ICE don't get back to you either
Now I have actually helped people on coming tax and information because of my legal background I am knowledgeable on welfare law
Thanks
