Carers Premium.

Hi,any advice on the following would be greatly appreciated.

I was receiving Carers Allowance up untill my retirement in early Oct 2024.

My C.A.B.advisor put in place for Carers Premium from the day I retired.I have not had a single payment for nearly 8mnths now despite my Citizens Adviser making many calls to the appropriate depts only to be passed from pillar to post,even sending a written complaint to the complaints officer.Thats was a month ago and still no word.

I'm in the middle of migrating to U.C.and informed my case worker of this issue as it would have been helpful in my u.c.application.
