Moving around question

can someone one help me with this question as I don’t knnow how to complete it.
I’m on part about moving around and it says wheelchairs don’t count as aids, but there is no box to tic to say I cannot stand or move at all.
I have Spinabifida and paralysed from waste down and cannot walk, let alone stand. So how do they expect people like me to answer that question?
Yet when I read the guide book, it mentions wheelchairs 🤔

Hi @EmmaC89, is it question 14b?
There should be an option there that says "Cannot stand or move even with aids or appliances."
