Help please - I don’t understand this housing benefit letter

I submitted my UC claim (managed migration) on 3rd June and I know about the 2 week run on of housing benefit but I don’t understand this letter. Of course it has arrived on a Saturday so I’m left in tears and worry. Can anyone explain it simply to me please?
I’ve also had a P45 for my ESA. Do I just keep this filed safe?

Hi,
I had a very similar confusing letter about HB as well.
I think what it means is that you were 'overpaid' for two weeks, but because you got the two week run-on, they've effectively claimed it back from that.
If that is what it means then you won't have to pay anything back for HB.
You are right about the P45, no action needed, just keep it somewhere safe.

Thank you so much. What you’ve said makes sense and is what they’re saying in their weird roundabout way! They never make these things simple do they?

Update: managed to phone housing benefit. They didn’t seem to understand the letter either but confirmed I don’t owe anything
