Does UC continue to be paid during appeal?

And if so, at the full rate?

And also, housing benefit?

If your UC hasn't been suspended before appeal then it will continue.
If it has already been suspended then it is likely to remain suspended during appeal.
If you mean Housing Element of UC then the same applies as above.
If you still get legacy type Housing Benefit then that will be decided by your local council instead of UC/DWP.

Yes, in most cases (UC) payments continue to be made during the appeal process, although the specific elements of your claim that are being challenged may be impacted. If you are appealing a decision about your LCW/LCWRA, the corresponding elements of your UC may be suspended until the outcome of the appeal, but the standard allowance and other elements should continue.
