RWG PAYG Top-Up
Hello. Has anyone here used RWG before? I paid for a top-up to the correct number several hours ago and it still hasn't appeared in my mobile balance. Payment was taken from my account and I received an email confirmation. This is always instantaneous with other providers. Anyone else experienced the same issue or know how longs this normally takes with RWG? Thanks.

Has it come through now @adamnew? I'm afraid I haven't used RWG so I'm not too sure how long it would normally take, I hope one of our members might be able to help.

Hello, sorry for the late response. Yes the credit eventually arrived in just under 24 hours. Thanks for your suggestion, it seems from other reviewers, it is a known issue.
