Hi everyone I am new here and I look forward to share and be part of the community here! 😘
I have been on PIP for several years and would like to get in touch with them but I would prefer to email or write via the postal service as speaking to them on the phone petrifies me 🤣! Are they ok with getting emails and what is the best email address to message them on?
Thanks in advance and enjoy the lovely weather 😘

Hi @Marcus66 a very warm welcome to the community, I hope you're staying hydrated. 😊
Unfortunately for PIP, the phone is the only point of contact, but if you have a friend or relative willing to help, they can talk on your behalf if you can give the call operator your blessing? It's what I've had to do in the past.
