New UC applicant advice

I am in the process of becoming single and believe I am eligible to UC.
I work full time and have 2 children in social housing.
I have a car through salary sacrifice benefit with work which is deducted before Tax and NI. I am unsure which figure I use for my application, do I put my salary before the car deduction or the Net pay? Also my pay differs due to enhancements ie nights, weekends, unsociable hours, will this be a problem with working out my entitlement?
