IR ESA-UC migration - health section

I am due to complete the form and I need to know how much detail is required for the health section in the form. This is making me anxious.

    Hi,

    When I fillied in my health section 3 months ago when I migrated over. I just put down all my disabilities and any other health conditions I have like Crohn’s Disease.

    You just write down everything health or disability wise that affects you. You won’t need a fit note or anything like that.

    I was worried about the whole thing 3 months ago. But all my payments have been correct and I’ve been left alone since I moved over. Only thing I got told to do is to report any changes and that’s it.
