Managed migration

I’m due my first u c payment next week the 5 th I migrated on 28th of may and the two week esa I received so what am I to expect a whole months rent ? And a whole one months u c ? Or will it be 2 weeks or 3 weeks of rent and u c ? It’s so confusing and all they keep telling me is check on the 1st. Anyone can shed some light on the first payments and what to expect I should get transition protection and I was in the support group of esa I’m confused . Thank you

Hi,
Yes you should get a whole months rent and a whole months UC.
The 2 week run-on payments from ESA & HB are not counted.
Sometimes they don't get the statement all correct first time, so you will need to check it when it's available. That is the only way to make sure it's all correct.
