Work Capability assessment

Hi

I just received a letter to say that they haven't received my work capability assessment so I rang universal Credit and they asked me if I have sent it to my work coach he said to me I have to leave a message for my work coach on my journal to see if they have received it or not im not sure if he didn't understand what I said or if I've got it wrong as I always thought it went to dwp

Any help would be great

Where did you send your form to? Did you manage to get any proof of postage when you sent it?

My understanding is that work capability assessment forms go to the health assessment advisory service providers, which can be slightly different depending on where you live:

Find your health assessment provider - GOV.UK

Often you're given the address on your letter or supplied with an addressed envelope. Could they have been asking whether you'd sent it to your work coach by accident?

I'm not bad thankyou hope you are well to thanks for the reply I thought so to I sent it in the addressed envelope provided when I got the form so hopefully it arrives soon
