If i already have 4 point on one of my criteria will that stay the same if i have no changes in my condition on my next review ?

It all depends on the assessor. Therefore, nothing is guaranteed in advance.

It is very hard to say because so much can vary such as the assessor mentioned by passerby, ideally you should stay the same as you said nothing has changed but its not guaranteed unfortunately.1
