LCW was given for18 month until June 2025, now passed. What happens next?

Hello, All
Hope everyone is ok.
Apologies, previous post had the wrong year for LCW end date.
Just a quick question. I was awarded LCW for 18 months, this end 17th June 2025. Will Universal credit contact me to do a new LCW assessment? Is there really an end date?
Is there anyone else in a similar position to me or still waiting for DWP to contact them?
I have mentioned to my coach that the 18 months finished in June 2025, but she says, they have a back log and just wait.
The idea of having to go through the whole process, plus a tribunal hearing to be awarded LCW just terrifies me. My health conditions are just more painful, despite pain taking medication.
If anyone can advice, I would be grateful.
Thank you.

Just wait, They will soon abolish WCA

Don't just wait. Wait for what, as nothing has been requested for you which you can wait for!
Your work coach needs to request a UC50/ESA50 application form for you to fill in.

Hello @Trufflecake. The award duration they give is just a guide, and your LCW will continue until they review you, there is no real 'end' date. Some people are reviewed before this date and some a long time after. Unless your conditions have changed, uou do not need to do anything at this stage and UC will contact you when they start your review. There are many thousands of people overdue reviews currently as they were paused for a number of years.
