Duel UC and ESA

Hello
I have found it impossible to navigate and find answers from the UC benefits information pages. I have received conflicting responses when using my online journal to make enquiries.
I am hoping someone in this community can clear things up for me.
I was migrated from working tax credits to UC in September 2023, because I was working my payments were £0.00. I did not have to contact UC until my circumstances changed in Dec 2024 when I had to leave work . On 2nd Jan 2025 I reported my health conditions and provided sick notes effective from 11th Dec
I also made a claim for ESA for which assessment period payments commenced on 9th January 2025, these payments were deducted from my UC allowance which kept my payments from them at £0.00
To cut a long story short, after my esa health assessment, I was placed in the support group from 10th April and received £450 back pay.
I received this from UC
Since being found to have Limited Capability for Work and Work-related Activity on 13 June 2025 the inclusion of the Work Allowance will be applied to your awards from the Assessment Period 17 December 2024 to 16 January 2025 during which you reported and supported with medical evidence the change in circumstances related to your health conditions. Additionally the element for Limited Capability for Work and Work-related Activity will be included in your Universal Credit Awards from the Assessment Period 17 May 2025 to 16 June 2025 after serving the 3-month relevant period. To date these entitlements have not been actioned on your award.
Because I have provided sick notes since 11th Dec the work allowance was applied to 17th December assessment period. Should that not be the time my 3 month waiting period for lcwra started? Am I correct in thinking that my support group payments will be deducted from my March 17th to April 16th period? even though I received no uc payment and my lcwra has not been applied.
I assumed that lcwra would start on the same date as my esa support group? Especially since I reported my health conditions to UC 29 days earlier than I reported them to ESA
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you
