Is PIP classed as income on UC?

I was just reading this on Reddit someone who claims to be ‘verified’ welfare/DWP officer that PIP is currently classed as income on UC?

Yet I have seen on here and elsewhere that is not. Anyone have a clue?

To be fair Randal’s I do. Which is why my anxiety is at all time high since migrating over.
