You might like to speak to your local council, sometimes they'll have connections to a local furniture scheme that could deliver a mattress. Or there may be grants available so that you could buy one online and have it delivered to your home, it's well worth asking if there's anything that you could apply for.

Alternatively, places like British Heart Foundation and other charity shops may have low-cost options and often deliver. You could also check Freecycle or Facebook Marketplace and ask whether they could drop it off for you.
