Hi , my daughter is migrating to UC from ESA support group , I’ve started to fill the online form in ( I am her appointee) I’m completely overwhelmed with it ,I hope she doesn’t get a phone call or appointment,she has a learning disability and wouldn’t be able to answer any questions, she had no understanding of benefits,… thanks

Hi @Coley71 sorry to hear how you're finding the form. Like @Kimi87 has suggested, Citizens advice can support with the paperwork, as can Turn2us. When it comes to the assessment, as her appointee, hopefully that'll mean you can take the lead at the assessment with your daughter.
